What to check when buying from another country

Buying from a wholesaler in another country means checking a few points before you order. This is what ORBIS provides on each:

• Labelling: each market has its own language and labelling requirements. Tell us when you request a quote; ORBIS adapts the labelling to the destination market.
• Shelf life: guaranteed remaining shelf life of 9 to 18 months, with batch code and best-before date verified before stock is reserved.
• Incoterm: under EXW you collect the goods; under FOB, CIF and DDP ORBIS arranges transport and formalities up to the point each term sets. See the Incoterms guide.
• Documents: requirements depend on the destination country and on the buyer. ORBIS prepares the EUR.1 certificate of origin, T1 transit and a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires it.

The available formats (330 ml can and PET bottles in various sizes, depending on the reference) are listed on each product page. One Euro-pallet of 330 ml cans can reach 2,160 cans.

Reference prices per can

We publish a reference unit price for the three Coca-Cola 330 ml cans. Fanta, Sprite and Schweppes carry no published price and are quoted on request. The final price depends on volume, format, destination and Incoterm, and is confirmed in your quotation; it is not a binding offer or a confirmation of stock.

How to order from another country, step by step

1. Choose the references, formats and number of pallets (minimum 1 full pallet per reference).
2. State your country, the delivery point, the date you need it and the Incoterm if you already know it.
3. Receive availability, pricing and lead time within 24 business hours.
4. Confirm the order. Documentation is handled in-house where the destination requires it.

What ORBIS does not offer

Where can I buy Coca-Cola wholesale in Spain if my company is in another country?

From ORBIS, an independent importer and wholesaler based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). We sell to businesses only, from 1 full pallet per reference and without requiring a full container load (FCL).

Do you ship to other European countries?

Yes, we deliver outside Spain under FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP Incoterms. State the country and delivery point in your quote request; price and lead time are confirmed there.

What is the minimum order?

1 full pallet per reference. For 330 ml cans, one Euro-pallet can reach 2,160 cans according to the product sheet. We do not sell to individuals.

What is the wholesale price per can?

We publish a reference price from €0.33 per 330 ml can for Coca-Cola Original, Zero and Light. The final price depends on volume, format, destination and Incoterm, and is confirmed in your quotation.

Which documents do I need to buy from ORBIS from another country?

It depends on the destination country and on your status as a buyer. ORBIS prepares the EUR.1 certificate of origin, T1 transit and a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires it; also check import and labelling requirements with your customs agent.
