What is the minimum order?
We work from 1 full pallet per reference. There is no full container load (FCL) requirement, making it easier to trial a new reference without tying up excessive working capital.
Can I order without a full container load (FCL)?
Yes. Unlike most beverage exporters, we don't require a full container (FCL) or a full truckload. You can start with a single pallet per reference and scale volume once sell-through is confirmed in your market.
What Incoterms do you offer?
FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP, specified on each proforma invoice according to the destination market and the buyer's logistics preferences.
What shelf life do you guarantee?
Between 9 and 18 months of remaining shelf life on arrival at destination, verified by batch prior to loading.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. We supply exclusively to distributors, wholesalers, retail buying groups and hospitality suppliers (100% B2B operation).
What customs documentation do you provide?
EUR.1 certificates of origin, T1 customs transit documentation, and phytosanitary certificates where the destination market requires them, all handled in-house by our team.
